24/09/2026 -3.30pm: A transmitter at our Kaiti Hill repeater has failed. This will be affecting approx. 20 wireless customers in the area. Technicians are currently on site working to resolve this. 6:57pm: Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue within daylight. We apologise to those affected and will return to site to restore the trouble first thing tomorrow. UPDATE -25/09/2026 -8.20am: Technicians are on site now to restore service. 9.50am: Service is restored. If you are still experiencing any problems, please contact us.

Implementing Preseem Software

We're parternering with a company called Preseem to install advanced monitoring software on our network. Preseem is a network analytics and monitoring platform, which will give us live feedback on each and every repeater site we have up and down the coast (thousands of them!). This way our team will get an alert when any antenna is going slower than it should, meaning we can proactively solve issues before our customers experience them. We're currently in a test phase at the moment, and hoping to have it fully integerated by March 2026.
