1pm 27/08 - Our Muriwai Low site has lost connection to the solar system. We have dispatched a technician to investigate. 2:25pm - Tech has found that the batteries and solar controller were poked. Site has now been restored after replacing both but, we will continue to monitor. 4:14pm - Unfortunately, the repeater has not held with those changes. Our technician will revisit tomorrow to overhaul the entire site. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused! 7:30am 28/08 - Our technician has arrived in Muriwai to overhaul the repeater site. 8:10am - Site works completed, we will continue to monitor. Implementing Preseem Software

We're parternering with a company called Preseem to install advanced monitoring software on our network. Preseem is a network analytics and monitoring platform, which will give us live feedback on each and every repeater site we have up and down the coast (thousands of them!). This way our team will get an alert when any antenna is going slower than it should, meaning we can proactively solve issues before our customers experience them. We're currently in a test phase at the moment, and hoping to have it fully integerated by March 2026.
